im suspecting c-ptsd, bpd, bipolar, add, pure o ocd, social anxiety, mdd & avpd on myself so pls be patient with me since I can't get a proper diagnosis bc we're financially struggling and can't afford an appointment with a psychiatrist (i did proper research and studies on the disorders I listed above, I'm very symptomatic with them & they are very similar to what I'm experiencing and struggling with), i am extremely shy & quiet, i dont know how to start/carry/keep up conversations or talk to ppl in general bc im anxious, have zero social skills, and an awkward mess (but if we share the same interests pls do int i love to make friends though idk how to keep them :( if u want 2 know more abt me feel free to read my other carrd in the links down below), i go inactive most of the time on all my social media accs bc socmed is rlly draining & toxic for me, im a people pleaser and apologize like a lot, i forget stuff easily & have a really hard time remembering and focusing/concentrating, i often procrastinate and get distracted very easily then lose motivation to do anything, i overthink a lot which leads to either a very short or long mental breakdown, i often have very very grotesque/unthinkable unwanted uncontrollable intrusive thoughts and avoid things/situations that trigger them, i have severe trust issues, attachment issues and abandonment issues & have a lot of failed/toxic relationships (mostly friend groups so im sorry if i get clingy or annoying) which is why i don't really trust ppl that much and end up pushing them away, i avoid friendships and relationships bc i find them very difficult to handle, my mood switches up very quickly and i have trouble controlling my emotions, sometimes i let my emotions get the best of me and i end up doing things i will regret, i am very paranoid & insane, i always feel like someone is watching, recording or s3xu4lizing me, i isolate myself a lot and distract myself constantly to avoid dark/su1cid@l/s3lfh4rm thoughts, i don't know how to vent/open up to ppl since i bottle up my feelings so much to the point where it either overflows and i cry out of nowhere at the worst possible time or i feel very numb and cant cry for more than 3 minutes, the way i feel about the people in my life can change very quickly from one moment to the next, i have very unhealthy coping mechanisms and often joke abt MY attempted su1c!d3s/sh, sometimes i randomly have a very unclear self image and i don't know who i am or i genuinely forget who i am, most of the time i feel more comfortable venting in my vent/rant book but when i do vent to someone i would accidentally overshare and regret it later on, i blame myself constantly and always feel worthless or a burden due to trauma, i am very insecure and often cringe/regret at things i say or do, i have severe anger issues and get irritated very easily, sometimes i randomly lose interest in something i love so much and get really mad bc its the only thing that's keeping me alive, i age regress constantly and watch some kids shows or ghibli movies to help me cope, i am extremely mentally unstable and really need to get help, i plan to get diagnosed soon when i get money but i'm flat out broke and there aren't any psychiatrists in my area.
